3 Panels.
In the foreground, across the 3 panels, there's a statue of a man riding a horse. Both the horse and man have their heads chopped off, and the man no longer has arms. Under the statue, a plaque that reads "ALONZO III, REY DAS ESPANHAS, PORTUGAL Y DOS ALGARVES" (Alonzo III, King of the Spains, Portugal and the Algarves).
Panel 1: A line of six meditan soldiers, holding microwave rifles and chatting to each other.
Panel 2: The meditans hold their microwave rifles in the direction of the lusitanian line.
Panel 3: Nikita's prisoner, looking back with a shocked expression, as a number of "CHAUM CHAUM" sounds come from the firing rifles. Behind him, Nikita is looking away calmly.
Nikita: Walk with me.

Well don’t look so surprised. You made your choice. You knew what was going to happen to you and your fellows. Its why you agreed to talk isn’t it? The more important thing that should be on your mind is if this officer you’re making a deal with will keep it and what will happen to you if your own country’s internal police get their hands on you. Its not like you can hide your thoughts from them….
Ugh Genocide.
Sorry, insurgent suppression actions.
Yeah, using an euphemistic label makes war crimes so much more palatable!
The neat thing is that it also serves the war criminals on the opposing side a perfect excuse for their own brand of atrocities on a silver platter, keeping the spiral going…!
Exactly this.
