Panel 1: A church's bell tower, partially broken and charred from a fire. Some smoke is still coming out of it. It's drizzling and the sky is gray.
Panel 2: Eurico is examining a line of corpses next to a wall. There are round charred spots on the wall, indicating a microwave rifle attack. The corpses are rotting in the rain as he's kneeling next to them. Estanislau approaches.
Panel 3: Close up of one of the corpses as Eurico extends his hand to its face. A broken mental pattern is just barely visible coming out of the corpse.
Panel 4: Eurico, sporting a new mask, takes a long SIIIGH.

Also, the composition and the blurring placement in the second panel is really nice.
